Why can't I bring my own side-by-side?

Our tours go through  public land that is free and open for anyone to enjoy. It would be silly for you to pay us for something that you can enjoy for free! 

What is your cancellation policy?

If Bee Creek Off-Road must cancel due to equipment failure or weather we will refund 100% of your fee. If you need to cancel your tour a full refund is offered with a 48 hour notice and a half refund with a 24 hour notice.

Is alcohol allowed on the tours?

Absolutely no alcohol is permitted on any tour. No exceptions. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks with the exclusion of alcohol. If your forget drinks, our guide always has extra water to share!

What should I wear for the ride?

 You should definitely wear old clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Some people like to bring a change of clothes to change into after the tour for the ride home. We always recommend hiking boots or old tennis shoes. 

Are there age restrictions?

To drive a rental side-by-side you must be at least 25 years old and present a valid driver's license upon check-in. The minimum age to ride along is 5 years old. Booster seats are recommended for small riders, but not required. You would provide your own booster seat. 

Do I have to have experience to drive the side-by-side?

No. As a matter of fact most of our guests are first time SXS drivers! If you do happen to feel uncomfortable driving through a certain spot, just radio our guide and he will happily come drive you through the tough spot. 

What are your safety protocols?

Safety is always our #1 priority. All vehicles are inspected and properly maintained before and after a ride. Regulation helmets are provided for adults if requested, and required for all riders under 18 years old.

Can my pet tag along on the ride?

Unfortunately pets are not premitted on the tours.
